All items may be picked up from the reading room during normal opening hours.
We accept card or cash payments in the reading room.
Items may be posted to you. We charge a nominal €10,00 to cover postage and packing on books and €2.50 for de Heraut. The confirmation email contains our bank details.
The processing time plus delivery time is 5-10 working days after we receive your payment.
Books may be returned for a full refund at the purchaser's expense within 30 days of purchase if their plastic packing is unopened.
Books may be exchanged (and the price difference refunded/paid) at purchaser's expense and within 30 days of purchase if their plastic packaging is unopened.
